Kapiti get ready! This summer, Corona Sunsets is stoked to bring you soul/rock/funk outfit L.A.B. live and free at the Boundary Tap & Kitchen on January 13 – supported by Jake Barton from Summer Thieves. Just when you thought a summer session couldn’t get any better, we up the ante by bringing you the hottest, free music tour in New Zealand!

Founded by Brad & Stu Kora of Kora fame, L.A.B. also features Ara Adams-Tamatea, formerly of Katchafire, & Joel Shadbolt. Armed with a unique live sound that automatically fills any dancefloor, the band are on a meteoric rise within the New Zealand music scene. 

Their freshly-released debut album went straight to number one on iTunes, and is a unique blend of soulful-rock and electronic-funk, punctuated by exceptional melodies. Following its release, this is one electric performance not to be missed. Supported by Jake Barton from Summer Thieves, a melting pot of reggae, hip-hop, rock, and funk who sure know how to get the party started!
