ORDERS
A binding contract for the sale and purchase of goods and/or services between you and us will only come into effect when your payment is successfully processed and we issue you with an email to the email address provided on the order form which specifically states your order has been accepted. We are not obliged to accept any order you submit. All orders for products are subject to availability and LOOPshop reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
LOOPshop accepts Visa & MasterCard only. Your orders are placed using Quick SSL 128 bit encryption provided by Geotrust (the Internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, shopping online with a credit card at LOOPshop is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. Your transaction information is stored directly with the Westpac Bank of New Zealand. This means no person actually views your credit card information during the transaction process. Safe and simple.

INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY CONVERSION
If a currency is choosen (on the left hand side of the page) other than New Zealand Dollars then the price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because LOOPshop is based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. LOOPshop will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely pricing information. All prices in currencies other than New Zealand Dollars (NZD) are only estimates and LOOPshop is not limited to any liability for errors, inaccuracies or omissions in international currency prices.
