FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
LOOPshop makes every effort to keep all offered products in stock and ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the usual first business day. If, for some reason, we cannot fulfill your entire order within these time frames, we will contact you. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will, according to your preference:
1. substitute another product for your order
2. ship your order at a later date
3. contact you when the requested item is back in stock
SIMPLE SHIPPING FEE
The shipping fee is inclusive of postage, packaging and handling.

When you are completing your online order, you will be provided the option of shipping to a different location than the billing address if you choose. Orders shipped within New Zealand are couriered via New Zealand Couriers. International shipping is via Air Mail and the expected delivery time using this method is 7-10 working days. We have choosen this method of shipping for LOOPshop as it is the fastest and most effective method for our customers. LOOPshop ships to most countries in the world. Air Mail is not insured but we have never had a parcel become damaged or lost.
RETURNS
We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. All returns will be credited to the original charge card within 10 to 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement upon its return. If the item is no longer available we will issue a credit or exchange the item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. If your CD jewel case arrives cracked or damaged, we will provide a free replacement. LOOPshop is unable to exchange items, or accept returns for reasons other than if they are damaged or faulty. Please take your time to choose carefully as we will not refund or exchange your goods if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which you can find information on here.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
National Customers: You should receive your order within 2 days from the day the order was placed if placed on a business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the usual first business day and can be expected 2 days from that date.
International Customers: You should receive your order via Airmail within 7-10 working days from the day the order was placed if placed on a business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the usual first business day.
