Sunset Tsunami follow up their debut single with a fresh flip of Corrella ‘Skeletons’ - an upbeat dub/breaks rework that nods to Salmonella Dub, Thievery Corporation and Dreadzone, while pushing into their own widescreen, bass-forward world.

Where the original leans into a laid-back dub/reggae sway, the remix shifts gears into an energetic, double-time funk groove. Corrella’s hallmark horn lines and vocal hooks remain front-and-centre, now wrapped in tape-echo trails, spring-reverb haze, and live-sounding drum energy. It’s electronic at the core, but it moves with the feel of a band.

‘Skeletons (Sunset Tsunami Remix)’ lands as the duo’s third single, following ‘Dub Till Dawn’ and 'Trigger Warning', which introduced their blend of heavyweight dub rhythms, hypnotic textures and vocal-led atmospherics. With more singles on the horizon, this release marks another step toward Sunset Tsunami’s debut album, due January 2026.

About Sunset Tsunami

Sunset Tsunami is an electronic duo blending sample-rich beats with live instruments and vocals. The project began after the pair met at a Sydney warehouse party and bonded over a shared obsession with dance music and beat-making. The name stuck: Sunset Tsunami - powerful, a little ambiguous, and broad enough to carry their genre-fluid sound. Their tracks chase freedom over formulas, fusing hip-hop, ska, reggae, dub, drum & bass, neo-soul and house into something that feels both classic and forward-leaning. It’s music for open ears and late nights built on bass, melody and the thrill of discovery.

Scheduled for release in January 2026, their debut album Dub Till Dawn will feature a mix of original tracks alongside remixes in an electronic dub / bass style.
