Join Wellington Zoo’s global conservation partners as they share their big ideas for global change.

5-6th April, 2017 / 9:00am – 3:30PM

Big Ideas for Global Change conservation symposium will run over two days and allows conservationists from around the world to share the opportunities, challenges and successes of their work on the ground in places as diverse as Brazil, Madagascar & Nepal.

This event is suitable for conservation and environmental professionals, environmentalists, animal lovers, students and anyone interested in how Wellingtonians are supporting conservation efforts around the world.

Participants include representatives from 21st Century Tiger; Golden Lion Tamarin Association (Brazil); Cheetah Outreach (South Africa); Fauna & Flora International (Vietnam); Free The Bears; Proyecto Titi (Colombia); Red Panda Network (Nepal); TRAFFIC (South East Asia); Madagascar Fauna & Flora (Madagascar); Kea Conservation Trust; Jane Goodall Institute; Save the Tasmanian Devil Program; DOC and Zealandia.
