Labour Weekend means summer is right around the corner, and so is a huge summer of gigs, kicking off this long weekend in Hawke's Bay!

L.A.B. are emerging from the studio, where they are hard at work day and night recording their second album, to play two MASSIVE shows alongside the legendary Shapeshifter!

Celebrating the release of his new album A Quiet Divide, Rhian Sheehan has just two stops left across New Zealand with his incredible new show. 

Described by the Dominion Post as "an exhilarating journey", these cinematic experiences see Sheehan lead eight musicians plus a live string section to perform a truly sublime audio-visual show. With a visual backdrop created by Weta Workshop and a host of NZ's best animators, these shows combine orchestral and electronic brilliance with stunning visuals and are not to be missed.

And looking into the future, we're excited to announce the return of the North West Wine, Beer & Food Festival for 2019! Returning to the stunning surrounds of The Hunting Lodge on Saturday 9 February, showcasing the finest offerings by local vineyards, breweries and restaurants, and the festival’s strongest music line-up yet - Gin Wigmore, Tami Neilson and Jed Parsons!

The festival will again feature a kids zone, with children under 15 FREE when pre-registered with a parent or legal guardian. Return bus tickets to the venue are available from Auckland City, Muriwai, Helensville, Kumeu & Riverhead. Free parking will also be available at The Hunting Lodge on the day. Just 30 minutes North West of Auckland, this is the perfect summer celebration!
