Sub Dubs gathers SUB-TRIBE’s dub remixes into one release, spotlighting the band’s bass-heavy production side and their love of echo, space and deep skank rhythms. Featuring reworks from The 4'20' Sound, Chris Munky, J'Fulla, Churbit and Lotek, the EP reframes songs from the band’s early catalogue through a deeper, more spacious production approach.

Across the release, bass, echo and rhythm sit at the centre, drawing out the sound-system influences that sit beneath SUB-TRIBE’s live dub-fusion style. Sub Dubs explores the remix tradition as an extension of the band’s own songwriting, opening the tracks up and giving their grooves more room to breathe.
